While most people can't live without their coffee, I can't live without my hot chocolate! And every cup of hot chocolate needs an essential scoop of whip cream. This whip cream recipe is super simple, yet absolute perfection for any hot chocolate, pumpkin pie, or fresh-off-the-vine raspberries! I also added my favorite way to make Swiss Miss hot chocolate at the bottom as a bonus! This 5-ingredient recipe is quick and easy, and for any skill level in the kitchen. Grab a blender, a bowl, and a spoon. We won't tell anyone if you double dip!

Start with all your dry ingredients. This recipe is great because you can really make it to how you want it to taste. You can add a little more sugar or vanilla to help make it sweet, powdered sugar to make it thicker, more milk powder to make it stiffer! Add your wet ingredients and beat in high until "peaks" start forming! Scoop on whatever treat you'd like!

We absolutely love picking fresh raspberries and strawberries out of the garden and making a fruit salad with our whip cream! It goes great with any pie, Yorkshire puddings, and, of course, hot chocolate! This has warmed us many winter mornings and after playing in the snow, and reminds us of the beautiful clouds in our Western skies. I have spent a few years trying to perfect it, and I hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
